Planning Applications
Planning permission is required for any works not covered by permitted development
guidelines.
Drawings for a planning application will include a location plan, existing plans and external elevations and proposed plans and external elevations.
Your planning application package will consist of:
- necessary copies of the drawings
- completed application forms
- neighbour notification plan
- neighbour notifications
We will prepare all necessary copies of drawings, complete all paperwork and supply for you to submit to your Local Authority (along with the appropriate application fee).
Neighbour notifications should be delivered around the same time as submitting
the application.
We will also supply an additional copy of the final plans for your own use.
Time taken to process planning applications varies from district to district but you should expect Planning Permission within
8 -10 weeks of submitting the application.
The Planning Application fee is currently £145.00 for domestic extensions/alterations and £290.00 per dwelling for new build housing (detailed or outline application). The fee for non residential projects is dependant on the area of the site. These fees are payable direct to your Local Authority at time of application. .
