Design

You may already have a clear idea of what you need or you may simply know that you need more space.

We will visit your home or site to carry out an initial consultation where we can advise on feasibility, construction, size, layout, and access of your proposals.
At this stage we will also carry out a detailed measurement survey, internally and externally, to allow accurate layouts to be drawn of your home or site as it stands.
These drawings form the basis of the proposals drawings which will show the layout and extent of the new works and any alterations.
If necessary more than one option for the layout can be shown at this stage.
You will be issued with "design approval" drawings allowing you to digest the scheme and advise or discuss any amendments.
The drawings can then be finalised and incorporated in the necessary planning and building warrant application packages.

Note:
Some works may require the input of a Structural Engineer, we will advise if this is necessary and can arrange the services of an engineer to work in conjunction with us.
