Building Warrant Aplications

A Building Warrant is required for most structural projects, with the exception of some smaller works which may be covered by Building Warrant Exemption.
Drawings for a building warrant application will include a location plan, existing and proposed plans, existing and proposed elevations and cross sections as necessary, all necessary construction details and a full specification.

Your Building Warrant application package will consist of:

- necessary copies of the drawings
- completed application forms

We will prepare all necessary copies of drawings, complete all paperwork and supply for you to submit to your Local Authority (along with the appropriate application fee).
We will also supply an additional copy of the final plans for your own use.
Time taken to process building warrant applications varies from district to district but you should expect your Building Warrant within 4-6 weeks of submitting the application.
